A game of wits and strategies aiming at teaching people how to get out of the rat race. The game begins with up to 6 players. Players are given a colored pawn, a colored block of cheese, a profession card, an income statement/balance sheet and a certain amount of cash.
The game begins with the players entering the inner circle after rolling the die. This inner circle is the “Rat-Race” – where all must aim to get out of and make it big. This circle has a variety of spaces that have different consequences when a player lands on them. Some places may require the player to pick up a card that must be returned to the bottom of the stack once the turn is over.

The goal of the players in the inner circle is to get out of the rat-race. In order to get out of the rat race, players must invest strategically in shares and real estate in such a way that their monthly cash flow income exceeds their expenses. Once they achieve this, they can move on to the Fast Track.
Out of the rat race and on the Fast Track, players play with two dice. Now, players must flip over their income statement/balance sheet to calculate their new cash flow amount, and live the fast track life. Players travel around the track investing in gigantic deals with huge returns and try to fulfil the dream they chose in the beginning.
It also focuses on when to grab an opportunity and make the best of it as well as teaches you when to let go. The game signifies various aspects of life and makes the players realize their actual goal which is to get out of the rat race and live a fast track life.

Around 40 people participated in this event and at the end they not only learned to understand the pattern of opportunities as they come and go but also understood not to forget their main goal.
